Selects when a TPS (Tactical Public Safety) packet is transmitted in relation to a non-emergency voice transmission. This feature applies on a radio-wide basis to TPS-enabled channels.
When the radio is operating on a Conventional Personality where the Incident Signaling Type field is set to "Tactical Public Safety".
When the radio is model / option capable.
